We respectfully acknowledge that The Lot at Creekside is located on the ancestral and unceded lands of the Tamien-speaking Ohlone people, the original stewards of the Santa Clara Valley. For thousands of years, the Ohlone people have cared for this land and its waterways, maintaining a deep spiritual and cultural connection to the region. Their descendants, including members of the present-day Muwekma Ohlone Tribe, continue to live, work, and thrive in the Bay Area, carrying forward traditions and knowledge that have sustained their communities for generations.
We honor their resilience, contributions, and enduring presence—past, present, and future. As we gather here, we recognize our responsibility to respect this heritage and to support the ongoing efforts of Indigenous peoples in protecting their lands, cultures, and ways of life.
